With over 20 years of experience in the IT sector, Tom, Founder and Managing Director is the driving force behind Infinity Geeks. His career spans both engineering and leadership roles, including a decade at the helm of technical teams as a Director of IT. 

Tom is closely involved in the delivery of all technical services provided by Infinity Geeks. He personally reviews each implementation plan, ensuring that nothing is overlooked and that every technical requirement is met with precision and care.

Tom has led IT projects across multiple sectors, including legal, finance, and education. His understanding of regulated industries gives clients peace of mind when it comes to compliance, and data protection.  

He’s passionate about helping small businesses lay strong foundations through technology, creating environments that are secure and ready for growth.

He blends technical excellence with clear, jargon-free advice, Tom is committed to making IT approachable for clients of all sizes.

As Business Manager, she oversees everything outside of the technical sphere , from finance and customer service to marketing and supplier management. Her focus is keeping the business running smoothly so our tech team can focus on delivering outstanding IT solutions.

Carolina brings a wealth of experience from both the private and public sectors, having worked extensively in procurement, supplier relationships, tenders, and account management in a variety of industries such as Law, Marketing, Government and Hospitality. She is passionate about helping the company grow with structure and integrity. 

From overseeing daily operations to  long-term planning, Carolina helps position Infinity Geeks as not just a technology provider, but a trusted partner for small businesses that need reliable, structured support as they scale.
